"We had a very pleasant stay in Kingston. This guest house has great location less than mile from the historic district. It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It might have been my error, but I did not realize that the bathroom was on the first floor and the bedroom was on the second floor. We are seniors who occasionally get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, so having to go down the stairs was inconvenient."

"My GF and I usually stay closer to Tannersville but wanted to check out this area. This place was perfect. Room was cozy and the mini living room addition to room with a pullout couch made if feel more spacious. Bed was super comfortable and had antique feel of the furniture and house. the self serve (honor system) bar and array of board games made for a nice relaxing night in by the gas fire place. The coffee and grab and go fruit/snacks, muffins was timely and perfect for starting out our day....

"We came here with our dog to celebrate our 10 year anniversary as a couple and left as fiancés! The Woodstock area is near and dear to our hearts and this rental will be our new go to spot. The location is perfect and even in the winter time, the view is stunning! We felt like we were staying in a glamorous tree house. "This oasis in the woods is a perfect week long or weekend respite. It is very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The location is quiet and peaceful with chirping birds and a nearby babbling brook. Easy access to nearby country towns for groceries, restaurants or browsing. Hiking trails are abundant. WiFi was robust enough for me to connect remotely with work when needed. The owner is pleasant, responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an...

It was a marvel in many ways, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience with only a few minor flaws: rain shower didn’t work, the grounds where the hot tub is located could be landscaped to provide a beautiful and serene resting spot and there could be more of a staff presence to report "

The room was smaller than I originally thought, but it was extremely cozy and warm with all the nice amenities inside. We loved all the nice decoration and historical feeling the room has to offer. "My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. "
