"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. "Room and bathroom were neat and clean. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. But: there is no restaurant or bar. For dinner you have to drive about 10 km to Bad Saarow. Hotel is situated at a through traffic road from Bad Saarow to Storkow (and A12). Quite noisy till late in the evening."
