"STAIRS, STAIRS. STAIRS. Be prepared to go up and down the stairs to get to lobby, buffet restaurant, bars, beach, everything.
Though they have carts who will pick you up, there will still be a lot of walking. I felt terrible my retired elderly parents had to walk so many stairs the entire time we were there.
The staff were wonderful, buffet food was better than most all-inclusive.
The main beach was calm and clear. Staff came around regularly to offer drinks and snacks (peanuts, seeds, etc).
Would I stay here again? Probably not due to the stairs. By the third day I was over the stairs.
We reserved 2 rooms, 1 which was easily accessible and another that required you to go down some stairs, then up to access your room. Well at check-in, the staff overlooked to give my elderly retired parents the accessible room so their initial reaction after seeing their room was not very good. Thankfully a cart driver gave us the idea to swap rooms and make the change at the front desk to reprogram our wristbands (which are also our keys).
Again, the staff were all so wonderful and helpful."
