Some property maintenance issues that need attention, such as shower leaking water onto bathroom floor, only 2/4 elements on stove working. "We enjoyed our stay .Jorge (Property Manager)is very quick to respond to any requests or problems, in saying that we found that the cleanliness is not to our standards and Informed Jorge that his maids are not doing a good job cleaning ! "The location was perfect. The unit J however was a bit in rough shape. There was a bad smell from kitchen and it wasn’t very clean. The host was hard to reach through VRBO but was great once we started using WhatsApp and provided us with what we needed quickly - clean sheets, lighter for stove, more garbage bags, etc as the place wasn’t fully equipped. "When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived.
