"Our stay was very nice. I’m was a little noisy because we opened a window and other guests were standing outside at times. The breakfast was delightful and the homemade bread was such a treat with the lovely jam and marmalade."

"We were only going to stay for a day, it was an emergency stop because my wife was feeling ill. I spoke with Frida and Ragnar and they were so helpful with our needs. We decided to make their place out home base for the next 4 days. The room we had bosted a sauna that helped get my wife better. Frida and Ragnar had true country charm and made our stay memorable. We would most definitely stay here again on our next visit to iceland!"

"We loved this hotel! Comfortable, casual and very pleasant. We chose it in part because of the food court in the lobby. That made the hotel an even better choice! It was fun and we enjoyed a variety of food and drinks. Hung out there at night for hours - guilty of staying until closing. lol. Seems popular with the locals too. The casual atmosphere totally fit our type of trip which involved a lot of hiking. Our rooms were spacious, clean and had large windows overlooking the beautiful scenery. "
