Clean rooms, gracious and helpful staff, excellent free breakfast, and gorgeous convenient location! It really set me up for a great vacation in Prague!

I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill that looks down on the picturesque view of old town Prague. From the hotel, most attractions are within 20-30 min walking distance. Food is excellent in the hotel and worth the price, although you have many choices...

What a wonderful hotel! We would definitely stay here again, and we've already recommended the hotel to others. Beyond the welcoming and informed staff, the comfortable room, and the delicious food, we truly enjoyed the impressive art. Loved the music theme and had a great time trying to guess the various artists.

Service was phenomenal. From Jana at the front desk to the wait staff at the restaurant, it was consistently great. The room was spotless and has eco-friendly amenities. Food at the restaurant was good; I thought breakfast was pretty good too. Worked for me at any rate. Location is good. It is a climb uphill to get back from the old quarter but I didn’t find it to be that bad. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I stayed five nights while I was helping her get oriented to life in a new city. We couldn't have had a nicer place to start. It was unusual to stay in an old monastery building in a historic district. We liked the room, though it was a bit small, and we were especially happy with the bathroom because it had a good shower. The staff were helpful beyond what I have often seen. We had unusual needs for taxis, for example, at the end of our stay, with one going to the airport...

Adela at the hotel made airport transfer arrangements for me which worked out seamlessly. When I arrived, I was given at an upgrade to room 101, a junior suite which has the most breathtakingly beautiful statue of Our Blessed Mother and Baby Jesus as well as a gas fireplace, a Nespresso machine, and stained glass windows. Stayed in this hotel on many occasions never been disappointed

Just a brilliant stay; wonderful staff, went out of their way to help. Amenities were clean and upgraded. My room was at the top of the house so I had a small patio garden to sit in. Probably the only thing was it was rather hot in the establishment due I believe to the heat emanating from the beer spas etc for customers in the lower level. As previous reviews stated the tram station right outside is very comfortable. The staff at the front desk and breakfast are nice and helpful, helped us get a return taxi with AAA's discount, and fill a water bottle every morning. The rooms are a bit smaller than the photos as I recall, but still OK for Europe. Also the bath lacks a shower curtain, a bit not comfortable but not a deal breaker.

This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. Great location about 2 blocks from the Palace side of the Charles Bridge (less busy side.) Easy to walk over into the crowds of Old Town. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Nice staff, yummy restaurant in the lobby, spacious clean rooms. No complaints other than some rooms aren’t accessible by elevator so it’s possible that you’d have to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. I usually don’t right reviews, but I am extremely pleased with this hotel if you go to Prag definitely consider this hotel. Extremely clean well located delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. I had a very pleasant day.

Staff is great. Super quiet and safe area.

Convenient walking distance to many of the sights in prague. The free walking tour is a plus. I had an upgrade that they did not honor which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. It was a great property with very accomodating and friendly staff

Excellent location right next to the Chalfes bridge which connects the Prague castle to the old town- so you can walk left or right and be close to all the main attractions. Even though the bridge itself can be filled with tourists, the hotel is in a nice quiet spot. Definitely recommend to stay here ..
