Just prior to obtaining a code, we learned that a double murder - suicide had taken place here in 2024. I feel like this should have been divulged in the home history. The owner was immediately defensive when I told her that we would not be staying in the home. She was very rude and not at all forthcoming with the truth that would make a renter comfortable staying in her home. Would not recommend. "
