"Hotel could be cleaner in a lot of places. Staff polite, bar very expensive, breakfast had lots of choices but tasted bland. Could hear other people in rooms using their bathroom!!"

"Very disappointed that Blue Badge holders were forbidden to use the disabled parking spaces , as they were reserved for able body conference attendees. Doesn't the government have legislation on this?? We have stayed in a number of hotels in Harrogate, and this is our favourite ( so far)."

"Great apartment and location. We were at the front of the building on a Saturday night, so it was very loud until the early hours with people going to Mcdonalds (directly opposite) after their night out. This was ok for us but maybe not others."
