"We were very impressed with the size, cleanliness and decor of this home. We especially loved the covered car area and the covered deck that included a hammock and double sided fireplace. I also really liked the art on the walls. We highly recommend this place. "

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. It was quiet and peaceful, and the house was spacious and well appointed. Would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of all the lake has to offer! "

"We had a beautiful time here. It was super secluded and private, quiet, and the view was amazing. We loved the hot top and our cat enjoyed the cabin too! The grill was easy to use and we went to the grocery store only 7 minutes away by car. We would absolutely stay again!!! "

"The most unique VRBO we have ever stayed at. An enlarged hunting lodge, it is definitely rustic, with small but modern bathrooms and WiFi. But the most amazing feature is the spacious deck, overlooking a 100’ waterfall roaring down a sheer cliff! Great base camp for hiking, both onsite and at nearby Shawangunk Ridge state parks and nature preserves. Highly recommend for outdoorsy types, especially hikers and rock climbers. "

"The cabin is absolutely incredible. Nestled in the woods, but not too far away from other people. It overlooks what was once a lake, but has since drained. At night, it’s a sea of fireflies. During the day, you have gorgeous views of the mountains. There is plenty to do in the area, especially hiking. Kate was an incredible host. She provided everything we needed, from shampoo, to charcoal, to kindling for the fire. Check in was seamless. The air conditioning in the cabin is great, and the bed...
