"It was a pretty good clean 1 bedroom apartment to live in Austin. The location was nice. Lot of nearby restaurants. Property manager was very responsive"

"Bed, toilet, microwave and fridge that’s it. Couch smelled so didn’t sit on it. Shower didn’t work the best, started cold then very hot, no middle. "

"Had a fantastic week-long stay! The space was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described, making it the perfect home base for my trip."

"4 generally for the most part but some suggestions I would make is for people who are firstly time travelers to the area you should make an itinerary of things to check out and go see in the area from San Antonio to Austin to any of the small towns in between.... and maybe other small details like a hair dryer just like attractions and restaurants and nightlife scenes "

"The property was beautiful. It was clean if it’s me my husband and my two toddlers and a newborn everything was easily accessible. I wish the showers were a little bit more updated but besides that it was fantastic would definitely vacay here again"

"The location and rate were great. However, the sofa was extremely uncomfortable, the cushion were worn out an I could feel the frame when I sat down. There was coffee and a coffee maker, but the filters were the wrong type. There were no drawers to put clothes. Worst, was the HVAC - this was extremely loud and woke me up a few times."

"Definitely felt like I paid too much for what we got. The refrigerator did not cool properly, the floors could have used a better mopping (there were a few sticky places), one of the sinks stopper was broke making the sink useless, and unless you like 75-78 degree temp the air was not cool. Tried to get somebody out but it did not solve the issue. The pool was nice and refreshing but could use a clean there was a lot of bugs in the water. "

"Do not stay at this place! The carpet was dirty and smelled like cat and dog pee. The house had just been clean and the cleaning solvent was so strong. It burned your nose. There were crumbs left on the table and it was not a nice place to stay. We did not even stay there. We left and went somewhere else."
