"The staff was friendly and efficient. We were greeted in a manner that included support if we needed anything not supplied. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds fresh and clean. The pillows were perfect. I do not write this in a superficial tone. We had a stay in another hotel chain recently that was a disaster for our entire party. Lack of cleanliness can quickly and decisively ruin a trip. Thank you, Best Western "

"My first impression was it seemed empty. Not a lot of cars in the parking lot and upon entering looked quiet. Renovations definitely going on. The room was definitely recently done and was sparkling clean. Only negative was the walls are pretty thin so you hear every door closing. Great staff. Very helpful with every question. Left something behind and called. They were very responsive in trying to help us out and called me back to let me know they located the item. "
