"The Breakfast team are exceptional....food out of this world, one of the best breakfasts you will ever have at a hotel. We are elderly and Olivia was so kind to us during our stay. The pool was wonderful on a hot day. Plenty of beds in the morning and a great escape to the air conditioning in the afternoon. Nicest bunch of people made this a great stay. "This was a lovely hotel, with helpful and welcoming staff. We arrived a little late as the satnav ran out of charge, and the hotel was not well signposted, even though we stopped twice for directions. It was about 2040 when we arrived and restaurant service stopped at 2100, but reception rang through to say we were on our way and we enjoyed an excellent meal, most welcome after another 4 hour drive south down the M6 and M5 in heavy traffic. Room was reasonably spacious and adequate, lighting, TV, coffee etc, but best of all was the pool... best sized one I have seen in hotels, lovely steam room, sauna, and a jacuzzi over a bridge, giving extra round swim route. Staff in the spa very helpful. This hotel is not too far away from our home, less than 2 hours, and we will certainly go back there, using it as a base to explore the Cotswolds and the lovely towns nearby. The contrast to the one we stayed in going north, for about the same price, was really marked. "

"I booked a room as I was attending a dinner dance evening in the ballroom. Everything from the evening meal through to the breakfast was superb. The food was delicious and piping hot, the cocktails were delightful and breakfast was excellent. The staff were all so friendly, extremely polite and welcoming. It was a pleasure staying there. "
