"The room was very large with a nice kitchen area. We were on the ground floor so unable to leave the window open since it was just a large patio door so an extra fan or two would have been very helpful with the hot weather. Otherwise very pleased with the rental. I would definitely ask for a second floor room next time. "

"Check in was a bit of a hassle. We never received the mandatory checkin email, which required chatting with hotels.com to resolve the issue. We tried to call the smartflats people after receiving the number from hotels.com (the one on the website is disconnected) directly and were put on hold (while we were chatting with hotels.com) and after 15 minutes of being on hold, we hung up. "This property looks just like the pictures - modern and clean. It is located in the heart of the city - next to cafes, restaurants, stores and a short walk to the train. We used Vixx as a base while we traveled and explored Belgium. The city also had nice pubs and cafes that we really enjoyed!"
