För oss innebar det: Av tre pumpflaskor med tvål, duschkräm och schampoo var inte påfyllda, alltså begränsad möjlighet att tvätta sig, fönstret var inte ordentligt stängt och nyckeln till fönstervreden finns förmodligen hos vaktmästaren för hotellet, som inte gick att nå eftersom hotellet var obemannat.
