"The young man that checked me in was rude. The room was dirty and when I asked if he could send maintenance down to clean just the bathroom area, he looked at me like I was crazy. A young man from maintenance came down and cleaned the bathroom area. He was very polite. I understand that you get what you pay for, but it’s not difficult to be kind."

"We weren’t planning on a stay in Jasper but a bad storm forced us off the highway. Was delighted with property from friendly welcoming front desk to a clean room with great beds and good linens. It was quiet, AC worked perfectly and the breakfast buffet was good. Completely satisfied!"
