"My stay was not good . The staff are not helpful. The soap dish came off in the shower on the first use. There was trash that met us at the lobby doors. Staff gave is the wrong breakfast hours and had us wake up an hour early for nothing. The pool was not working inspite of me calling ahead to ask. I was assured it worked. The breakfast was sub par at best. The powdered eggs were terrible. Im wondering why expedia have them down for a good choice. Do not stay here."

"I stayed for the Hell Heroes March 2026 , the room is ok to stay in a budget , Paul front desk was very nice. The room comes with Fridge and Microwave. The location is very convinent is front of a shopping mall with Walmat, Dollar Dree , and Clothing stores. The only problem I found is that there several homeless around the area"

"The gentlemen that checked me in and out was curtious and professional. He treated you like you were being welcomed into his own home. Simple things like a welcome bag with a couple snacks and waters that big brand hotel dont even do was a nice touch. Rooms were clean, bed was a little stiff but its a hotel mattress not ur personal mattress thats made for your sleeping type. Pillows i wish were stiffer but they gave plenty so just stacked them up. It is off the Hwy so you will hear traffic if your a light sleeper."
