This inviting 4BR home in the heart of The Woodlands is perfectly situated for your visit. The home sits on a 7500 sq foot property on a quiet tree lined neighborhood with walking trails everywhere. There is even a small lake that’s a 10 min stroll from the front door of the house!

A modern kitchen with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances has plenty of counter space for cooking, a breakfast bar, and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods. Large, recently remodeled master bath with lots of light, soaking tub and connected to a very large walk-in closet.

The master BR and the two main living areas each have large screen TVs with Amazon Fire Stick for Smart TV access for viewing your favorite streaming channels like Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc. WiFi is complimentary with excellent connectivity and speed. Full sized washing machine and dryer in the house. New AC units were recently installed to ensure you stay cool in during our warm summers.

The spacious backyard has a newly rebuilt deck with a pergola that backs up to a green belt, so all green and beautiful outside the back door. The backyard is fully gated and feels very secluded. Finally, in case you own a Tesla, there is a 220 port in the garage for home charging!

This home comfortably sleeps many adults, and each of the 4 beds sleeps two. The kitchen is great, and a Krogers nearby makes the stay very affordable. George was great as a host, and the neighborhood was quiet. Would absolutely recommend!

The property was 15 minutes from our son’s home - so extremely convenient for us to slip away to sleep. Plenty of space for 7 of us to eat, sleep & be together. Lots of TVs with great service. Private deck area- we just weren’t there enough to enjoy.

This was our first experience with a "home" on VRBO and we were very happy. George was wonderful to work with. He welcomed us and made sure he was available if we needed anything. The home was clean and well equipped for all our needs. The location was perfect for us in the Spring-Woodlands Texas area. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was a great house for our moving transition needs. The property is clean and well stocked, nice yard, and very quiet neighborhood. It’s rare to be able to walk to places in Texas and there are a number of restaurants just a.5 mile walk away on the trails. George was a great host and very helpful working with our schedule needs for check in and check out. Would definitely use a property hosted by him again!

We stayed here during our spring break while in town to visit family. The floor plan is ideal for privacy for guests to have some separation, yet it is all on one level which was necessary for my father. Lovely setting for neighborhood walks with Reedy pond and amenities nearby.

Comfortable beds. I always feel like the cleaning service needs to actually mop the floors after each stay. There is a bug problem, cobwebs at entry need to be cleaned up, I found a few spiders inside and my son found a bug in the toilet one morning. Had I known about the mold in the master bathroom I would not have rented as I am asthmatic. The rules book needs to be updated it says to wash towels at checkout and leave unused towels on the floor and to put unmoved furniture back in place.

We didn't want to go real far from home - but about an hour away seemed just right. Finding someplace that would allow our pups was required and we found everything we needed here. George was awesome and very responsive to our couple of questions we had. The house is immaculate and had everything we needed. Super convenient to many stores/restaurants and the freeway. House located in great location in quiet neighborhood in the center of The Woodlands. Close to park and hiking trails. Plenty of room inside, the only drawback is that it’s pretty dark and the lighting is not intuitive.

Perfect location for our son’s wedding at the Woodlands Country Club. This property was exactly as advertised. Quiet neighborhood tucked among the trees. Clean and spacious. The owner was very prompt in all communications, even checking in with us during our stay. The property is exactly as pictured, slightly dated but a good fit for a family of 6.

I brought my 87 yo mother to visit her sister and her family. We had multiple different cousins drop by to say hi and visit for a bit and the house was very comfortable for everyone to sit and visit and keep cool in the hot Texas summer. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were NOT those mini hotel pillows which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this house for anyone who has plans to stay in The Woodlands at it is centrally located and easily accessible to all amenities. The neighborhood is lovely with a lot of nice wooded/shaded walking paths. The host was quick to respond to emails and the checkin process was extremely easy.

Our family of 8 and our pup stayed the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and central to many restaurants and shops. The house has plenty of room, comfy beds, great master bathroom and an awesome fully fenced back yard with a fabulous porch! My hubby and I shared a nice bottle of wine one evening on the porch - the trees block much of the noise from the streets and the outdoor lighting was relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a large enough table that we were able to spend part of one evening playing board games together. We all agree it’s a great place to stay!

The house is roomy and very clean. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of nice towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking which was very helpful as I could prepare my part of our family's Thanksgiving dinner. There is both a regular coffee maker and Keurig which was great for our coffee drinking family. The t-v's are excellent so we could have two football games going at the same time! Nice quiet neighborhood.

What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The house was exactly as pictured & described. Highlights: soft linens, comfortable beds & furniture, plentiful & blankets, coffee, and phone chargers - really made us feel at home. The back deck, complete with lights strung from the pergola, was a great place to gather and enjoy each other's company. If you aren't familiar with the Woodlands, there are miles of wooded trails with ponds and playgrounds. Our host responded almost immediately to every message and couldn't have been nicer. We hope to be back for our next family graduation!

House is incredible. Near all Woodlands attractions, small yard for dogs, and one side of the house is windows with a beautiful view of nature. Kitchen was well stocked, even had a spice rack! We did somewhat miss having end tables in the main living space when we were at the home watching the super bowl, however there is a TV near the eat in kitchen if you want to watch and eat. Mobility friendly in the guest bedrooms. Home has ramp leading to the front door. Primary bed is a little tall and primary bathtub does not have anti slip on the steps so just be careful in those areas. Did have grab bars in the primary bath shower.

It’s a good place to get some sleep if you have a large family. The beds are all twin size and up. Hot water and climate control was optimal. There’s were some issues so far as the functionality of the house . The kitchen faucet didn’t work and the kitchen was under equipped in general. If you like to cook, it could be a problem . But if the plan is to be out and about all day it shouldn’t bother you . The room with a tv had no seating. We had to throw a bunch of pillows on the floor for the kids. The owner was very responsive and interested in my feedback and said he would be fixing the sink, bringing in more kitchen items, and putting in a second tv in the room that does have a couch. So theoretically this will be a 5 star place in the near future
