Our apartment is located in a modern condominium with a prime location in Houston.

We are just a 3-minute walk from the Texas Medical Center.

In our apartment we have very fast wifi and work space, but also a swimming pool in the condominium for you to relax.

And, of course, we have a covered parking space and a lot of tranquility in a special environment.

THE SPACE
Our apartment has a comfortable, bright bedroom, large bathroom, living room with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher), appropriate work space and a small balcony for you to rest.

GUEST ACCESS
Access to the condominium is given by an access code to the entrance gate and to the apartment through a lockbox. Complete security for your stay.
Other things to note
Smoking and pets are not allowed.

On the other hand, we have a sofa bed where two other people can sleep comfortably, increasing the capacity of guests in our unit from 2 to 4.

Owner double booked and left my family stranded. Vrbo comped us one night stay which helped a little bit but still ruined our trip because we wanted to stay closer to NRG.

Don't rent this rental.

The unit was filthy upon arrival on 4/1/2024. I reached out to the host multiple times with no response. I could not stay there due to my recovery from a lung transplant and had to seek other housing because it’s essential to have a clean and safe environment, especially during my recovery from my lung transplant. The host never had anyone to clean or maintain the unit during the whole time I should have been staying in this unit. the conditions were the same on 4/1 and 4/6 when I was able to stop by. It is obvious that your host had no intention of honoring my reservation from the beginning. As you know, from our past conversations is that I’m a Veteran who has just had a heart transplant and was unable to stay there because the unit was dirty, had not been cleaned, and the air quality was poor. I’m simply requesting Vrbo to refund my reservation (ID: HA-J19JGB) in full since your host did not provide a clean, healthy, and safe environment for me. Also, I've placed several calls and emails to Vrbo with no resolution.
