It’s a spacious hotel room, clean, and convenient location with a lot of stores around. Nice rooms and beds for the price. Nice staffs. The rooms were cleaned but one of the rooms had strong clorox smell. No cloth closet and hangers. Overall, I would stay again.
Check in was horrible. I booked a non smoking room and was put right next to smoking rooms. The good thing is that my room was changed after I complained. So kudos for the timely adjustments made.
The guy at check in was great, the room was clean, however the bathroom door in the room I stayed in could use a nice cleaning. It would have been nice to have something other than a strawberry shortcake muffin and orange juice for breakfast.
Friendly staff, good security, also they don’t welcome thugs, trashy, or Geto people so if someone gets unfriendly treatment that person most likely falls in those categories.
It was quiet and comfy, it was clean but their was breakfast just fresh coffee. They are still operating with COVID precautions. The area had plethora of places to eat and shop within walking distance or driving distance. The galleria is about 20 minutes down the road and the outlet mall is 5-10 minutes away as well.
Arrived at location at 930pm. Had called ahead to let them know we had late start and would not arrive til 10pm and was told as long as we arrived before midnight would not be a problem. When my family and I arrived the room was not available. They did offer a room with one bed. But we were 4 so not possible. Spent hour trying find another place to stay. Gentleman was polite. But was frustrating as we were ready to rest.
Despite taking ptepaid reservation on nonrefundable basis because I didnt want room rented out from under me, hotel was closed. Phone message was phone was disconnected. Drive to get there was two hours because hurricane wiped out half street lights. Whole point of renting room in town I live was it was supposed to have power. It didnt. Now Exprdia insists no refund because I changed reservation. I didnt change rezervation. Hotel changed reservation by not being open and available. Big fraud and inconvenience. Expedia should have regularly checked status of operations to notify customers so they are not stranded in 100 degree temperature with cancer, heart conditions, and no power.
