The pictures show a very different property. I was awake to find a roach crawling across my cell phone, watch, and wallet in the morning. I spent extra for the jacuzzi suite but no matter how many times I cleaned it there was always something floating in the water with me. The rest of the room was well cleaned. Expect housekeeping to knock on your door at 9am. Checkout time is 11:30. The manager knocked on my door at 11am, told me it was time for me to leave. I couldn’t have agreed with him more.
Very clean room, customer service needs improvemen
I booked my room at The palace inn because it said that they have rooms available for immediate check-in however when I arrive they did not have the king room that I had booked so I had to spend more money to rent the jacuzzi room the person working the front desk was not helpful at all and it actually was trying to price gouge me it seemed other than that the rooms were very clean and very comfortable
The room was a lot nicer than I expected. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely return.

I checked in to this property due to terrible conditions at the hotel i was in. Check in went great considering it was 12:30am and it was understood check out was at 11:30am according to their sign in the front office. After shift change the new office person had a terrible attitude and when i asked for a late checkout he said he would give me till 11:30am. Lol. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? He continued to ring my room phone saying i requested a wake up call when i absolutely didn't! And when i didn't answer he was walking up to my room 10 mins before it was time to check out. Place was ok but the front office was terrible, particularly that guy!
I loved the room. It was spacious and clean. I only needed the room for a night but I was not ready to leave. The amenities in the room were great. They give toothbrushes already dipped in toothpaste with mouthwash.
Worst Service and personell by FAR after having my reservation made and paid for this guy from the front desk asks me to pay for half a day to his equivakent of 5 hours for 40$ why would i not have paid 55 as i do thru hotels .com always any ways it was mnever returned.... ALSO that same night there was a shooting . Yellow tape everywhere with cops it was a murder scene..., NEver again Risking my life or my money being robbed
I had never heard of this hotel before, but I needed a room at 1:00 AM, and they were available. So we arrived in a taxi, walked into the front lobby, checked in, and went to our room. The room was surprisingly large and the bed was quite comfortable. The shower was impressive - a HUGE shower head over a standard tub, and the normal amenities - towels, soap, shampoo. Then we went to sleep.
The next morning, we partook of their free breakfast, which consisted of a muffin and a piece of fruit. Normally, it would also include orange juice and coffee, but both of those machines had been damaged by the previous night's thunderstorm.
The lobby staff were very pleasant and helpful.
I would stay there again.
