King size bed in all bedrooms each apartment has its own stove, appliances, and restrooms.

Cafes, shops, bars, and some of Houston's best restaurants are within walking distance. World-renowned Rothko Chapel and The Menil Collection are steps away.

Walking distance to great grocery stores. Bike sharing stations in neighborhood. Easy biking distance to Allen Park. Centrally located with quick, easy access via car, bike or light rail to Houston Medical Center, Downtown, Midtown, and the Galleria.
