This is a no-pet property unless written approval is given in advance and a pet fee is paid. If unauthorized pets are found on-site, you may be charged a minimum $200 violation fee plus any additional cleaning or damage costs.
3. Absolutely No Smoking Indoors
Smoking, vaping, or burning of any substances (including candles or incense) is strictly prohibited inside the home at all times. This applies to tobacco, marijuana, and all other products. A minimum $300 fine will apply if smoke odors or residue are detected.
4. Quiet Hours & Respect for Neighbors
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. No loud music, shouting, or gatherings that may disturb the neighborhood. Noise complaints may result in immediate cancellation.
5. No Parties or Events
No parties, large gatherings, or events are allowed under any circumstances. Airbnb requires accurate use of space—violations may result in penalties from both the host and Airbnb.
6. Property Care
