The apartment was spacious and in the area where we needed to be for our stay, close to family. The beds were comfortable. However, there are several areas for improvement. First, the check-in process was suboptimal. We arrived on a Saturday evening, when there was nobody on-site in the leasing office, unfortunately. I was not sent a code for the Keynest (the box where you retrieve the access fob in the lobby). So after attempting to enter the code I was sent (for the actual apartment door) unsuccessfully, I ended up being on hold for at least 20 mins with customer support. I was able to get a new code from them. The fob needs to be held in a certain place on the receiver in order for it to work (middle) which I finally figured out, but should've been in the instructions.I was disappointed to discover that there are absolutely no essential items provided in the apartment, aside from toilet paper. No coffee pods, soap or shampoo for the bathrooms, no dish soap or dishwasher detergent in the kitchen, nor laundry detergent. I understand not providing all of this for long-term stays, but for a 3-day stay, it is a real pain after arriving late at night to wake up and realize that none of this is provided. Unfortunately, I don't think we will stay in another Landing property again.
