We loved the convenience of this apartment to NRG stadium. It was decorated very cute and had everything we needed. The check-in/out process was super easy and we loved having the parking garage. Highly recommended to stay here.
Really enjoyed my stay. The host was very communicative with anything that i needed and responded in a very timely manner. Think i found my home when i visit houston now !
The house was WAY bigger in person than on the pictures, it had lots of space. communication was perfect. if i needed anything his responses were very quick. if i come back i would most definitely book again. everything was nice.
The stay was great, it definitely suited our needs. I only wish that there was a handheld shower head or a bigger shower head and some better sign directions in the building. The building is huge and you can definitely get turned around. Other than that the place is nice. Just as pictured!
Came down for the Houston Rodeo, the apartment location was practically in walking distance to the NRG (less than a mile). The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and refreshing... The patio is a nice add in for the stay. (I would suggest different beds for the second room with single beds, but it wasn't bad). I have zero complaints about the stay and the host was super patient and kind. I definitely would stay at this unit again.
We were in town for a concert at the NRG stadium so this location was super convenient. The gym had enough equipment so I could get in a good workout and the pool area was quiet. The beds aren't the most comfortable but they weren't horrible. The property owner is very responsive. Beware of turning off light switches because the tv and router may get powered off.
I came with my mom to have a medical procedure at the medical center and it was a perfect location. So nice to be able to leave just 10 minutes before my appointment! Very spacious and quiet. Close to a Walgreens and Kroger for groceries. The kitchen is not as well stocked as most VRBOs I have stayed at - there was only one mug and it had gold paint on it so I couldn’t put in the microwave. Only one wine glass also. The coffee maker is a nespresso and I brought k-cups as that is more common. But overall I would rent again just make sure I bring my own mugs and pods for coffee in the morning!
The apartment itself is nice, but the parking for guest is on the 6th floor and the apartment was on the 3rd floor. Wi-Fi stopped working after 24 hours. The original network disappeared and password didn’t work. It was never resolved. Don’t try to cook, unless you plan on bringing cookware, utensils, cups, etc. Like I said, cozy spot, all it needs is a little more effort to make the guest feel at home. Spend money on kitchen supplies, coffee mugs, towels, and make the unit easier to access and this would be an outstanding place to stay.
Overall, it was a nice stay.
Convenient for Rodeo Houston related work. Attractive unit. Adequately equity- suggest a nightlight for bathrooms, an oven mitt, and extra hangers And suitcase rack. Location was perfect for our needs- perhaps add the address of the Capital One Bank into your introductory directions for out of state travelers like us. And as you may have seen on your doorbell camera— we literally made at least 20 trips back and forth trekking our items in and out. Perhaps invest in a collapsible wagon for your clients because nothing about parking on the 6th floor, elevator on the 5th floor and unit on 3rd was desirable. This would be a deterrent for some- especially those in advanced age. Spacious bathrooms a bonus.
