This spacous home that is centrally located inside the 610 loop in Houston makes it perfect for corporate housing, insurance companies relocating displaced families seeking shelther or someone seeking medical treatment because this home is less than 3 miles from the world renowned Texas Medical Center and MD Anderson Cancer Center. This cozy 3-bedroom/2.5 bathroom, one-story house with 2 king beds is in a quite established neighborhood. It's only 1.8 miles from the University of Houston. This tremendous property offers a serene, safe space while caring for love ones, or taking care of business or just here to relax for vacation. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like washer/dryer, high speed wifi and free parking. There is a large fenced-in backyard so perfect for families with pets. We are pet friendly over here. The two bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. Our place will help you feel at home when you travel to Houston. Near two major parks ( MacGregor Park and Hermann Park) for a great workout or trails excellent for biking and walking. If you love animals as I do, great because you're in close proximity to the Houston Zoo and the Downtown Aquarium. Close proximity to Hobby International Airport and highways 610, 45, 59, I-10 and 288.
