Just OK
The communication with the host was excellent. The unit was not rented the night before; I had discussed a possible early check in with the host. She mentioned if the unit was not rented that will not be a problem. I contacted her a few days prior, and she wanted to charge 25 per hour extra to check in early. (We checked in at 11:00) The pictures are much more appealing than the actual unit. The unit needs some TLC. Some of the cupboards in the bathrooms and kitchen are coming off the hinges, the vents are filthy, there was no hot water the morning we were checking out, the pool is MUCH smaller than the pics show, there were involuntary trees and overgrown grass in the pool area, there were 2 grills they were old and broken, there is 1 glass to drink from, not enough utensils and plates for the amount of people that can stay. No toaster, no shampoo or soap in the showers this was listed on the amenities. The basement shower curtain is too short for the shower so water leaks all over. The unit needs basic maintenance and cleaning. The carpets are stained, and the walls are dirty.
