Good to know
- Quiet, neighbor-friendly home: no parties or events, quiet hours 8 PM to 8 AM; duplex setting, please keep noise down and avoid slamming doors.
- Unit B is not pet-friendly, to accommodate guests with allergies. If traveling with a dog, consider booking Unit A (pet-friendly with prior approval and a pet fee).
- Unit B is one side of a duplex; the neighboring unit (Unit A) has its own separate entrance and there are no shared indoor spaces.
- Baby and toddler gear is available to rent directly from BabyQuip (not free at the home). Use the link in your Breezy Key, or book on BabyQuip`s website.
- Routine professional pest control; let us know if anything comes up.
- Trash: please place bagged trash in the bins on the driveway.

Parking: 1 vehicle on the right side of the gated driveway. Street parking is allowed, with no dedicated street spots. Please don`t block neighbors` driveways or mailboxes. No boats, trailers or ATVs. Please don`t block the gate or the other unit`s access. Walls are shared, so please keep noise down. For safety, please do not use the fireplace. Everyone staying overnight must be on your reservation. Ask before early check-in or late check-out. Stays of 28+ nights sign our Extended Stay Agreement, with a photo ID and selfie check used only to confirm who signs.
