"We loved that parking was easy and the neighborhood was very walkable. It may be too far away for some folks, but we were able to walk to the Botanic Garden and have a nice outing. Everything about the stay was easy and we appreciated that the hosts had things set up to meet our needs when we arrived."

Also, the WiFi information in the book wasn’t accurate and the correct information was sent in the check-in email. Bare bones, but covered what we needed."

"Nice property just minutes from SLU and Downtown. Easy drive to get to the local Universities and an inexpensive Uber ride to get Downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The property just about had everything you needed."

"Very nice place to stay. Communication with the owner was exceptional - very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting St Louis - most everything is close by. Across the street is Tower Grove Park - lots to do their. Try to go to Friday Food Trucks if you can. That was fun. The duplex was clean and quiet and very. I would definitely stay there again."

"All in all good stay. Did’t like they can listen in on conversation with the systems they have in the kitchen. Siding was knocking on the outside wall, but would a guess it blew off in the wind storm the day before we arrived. Nice clean place"

"Lovely old house with lots of character. Roomy and comfortable, and location was convenient. House is noisy as a lot of the wood floors creak. Check in was easy and lots of information about the house was provided prior to arrival. On street parking was not a problem, and there is a 2 car garage which we didn’t use."

Quiet and convenient — you’ve got a Schnuk’s/CVS in walking distance, and you’re just off Kingshighway near Tower Grove park. It’s a great, comfortable space. Well-kept, and exceptional value. Owner is responsive. Absolutely no complaints. Cute and comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay."

"The property was great. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms which was a big deal for our party of 12. The hosts were easy to contact and were quick to return messages. We only stayed one night and the refrigerator either failed and stopped working or simply lost power (tripped breaker?), which could have caused us trouble for a longer stay, but the hosts appeared willing to resolve any issues very quickly so I have little doubt it would have been investigated and fixed promptly without much...

"Cute 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit above 2 car garage. We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from Washington University St. Louis campus which was only a 15 min drive. Overall, unit was great. Brian is a great host and very responsive. Unit states it sleeps 6 but in reality it sleeps 4. When I originally booked unit I stated we had 3 guests but it turned out my daughter from Maryland ended up going with us so we had 4 guests. I didn't mention anything about this since I thought there was...
