"People at the reception were rude. Everything is closed from noon to 3pm. So all indoor activities are closed even if the weather is bad. Children are not allowed to the indoor pool except very early in the morning or one hour before closing. We came to have swimming activities with our child when the weather is bad.... Fail. Also the mini golf was not "open" anymore. The only thing they would have to do is clean it. The playground and the gym were also very run down. "

"Fabulous accommodation; very close to Lacanau Lake with plenty of water sports activities available. Only short drive from Lacanau Océan Resort. We loved our stay here. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely for cooling off and the bakery pre-order service was a nice touch. Moat of all, the warm welcome and friendly staff made our visit. We hope to return in the future and highly recommend Les Vacancioles."

"Hébergement sale à notre arrivée (toiles d’araignée, araignées, lavabo bouché sol dégoûtant, linge de lit qui sent mauvais ainsi que le linge de toilette, matelas plus que sale !! ) les extérieurs sont mal entretenu tout comme la « plage » du lac qui pourrait être beaucoup plus agréable. Quand aux salles de restauration c’est honteux tables collantes pas lavées après chaque passage, des restes de la veille par terre … malgré avoir prévenu l’accueil à part sourire et dire d’accord pas de soucis...

"Thomas was always quick to respond to messages and questions. The property was in good order, warm and comfortable. It has a spacious living area with good non slip flooring, which suited our elderly dog. The garden is large and fully fenced so perfect for children or pets. A great location on the shores of the beautiful Lake Hourtin and well placed to explore the Médoc peninsula. I would love to come again. "

"Das Haus liegt sehr schön in direkter Nähe zum See. Die Terrasse bietet sehr viel Platz zum gemütlichen zusammensitzen und Verweilen. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 7 Minuten am Strand in Hourtin Plage. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit mit der Familie verbracht, die Kinder konnten mit den Rädern vor Ort vor dem Haus auf der „Straße“ fahren. Eine sehr schöne Gegend mit vielen einheimischen Nachbarn. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Gastgeber Laurent war jederzeit erreichbar und hat das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. "
