"The pool was lovely . There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. Disliked the number of rules at the property -for instance you cannot have your own food and drinks on terrace/ in room yet they sell no food and only a minimal drink selection. The shower needs to be hooked up as holding it in your hand to shower in 2022 really isn’t acceptable . Rooms need updating . "

"People at the reception were rude. Everything is closed from noon to 3pm. So all indoor activities are closed even if the weather is bad. Children are not allowed to the indoor pool except very early in the morning or one hour before closing. We came to have swimming activities with our child when the weather is bad.... Fail. Also the mini golf was not "open" anymore. The only thing they would have to do is clean it. The playground and the gym were also very run down. "

"Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 5 personnes, quand nous sommes arrivés on nous a dis qu'une telle chambre n'existait pas. Nous avons du prendre une seconde chambre. Il est inadmissible de vendre un produit et de ne pas s'assurer qu'il existe."

"HĂ©bergement sale Ă  notre arrivĂ©e (toiles d’araignĂ©e, araignĂ©es, lavabo bouchĂ© sol dĂ©goĂ»tant, linge de lit qui sent mauvais ainsi que le linge de toilette, matelas plus que sale !! ) les extĂ©rieurs sont mal entretenu tout comme la « plage » du lac qui pourrait ĂȘtre beaucoup plus agrĂ©able. Der große, gepflegte Garten lĂ€dt zum Entspannen ein und bietet genau die Ruhe, die man sich im Urlaub wĂŒnscht. "Thomas was always quick to respond to messages and questions. The property was in good order, warm and comfortable. It has a spacious living area with good non slip flooring, which suited our elderly dog. The garden is large and fully fenced so perfect for children or pets. A great location on the shores of the beautiful Lake Hourtin and well placed to explore the MĂ©doc peninsula. I would love to come again. "

"Das Haus liegt sehr schön in direkter NĂ€he zum See. Die Terrasse bietet sehr viel Platz zum gemĂŒtlichen zusammensitzen und Verweilen. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 7 Minuten am Strand in Hourtin Plage. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit mit der Familie verbracht, die Kinder konnten mit den RĂ€dern vor Ort vor dem Haus auf der „Straße“ fahren. Eine sehr schöne Gegend mit vielen einheimischen Nachbarn. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Gastgeber Laurent war jederzeit erreichbar und hat das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. "
