Once I requested the check-in information, I was told that the location was already being used. The host cancelled my stay at check-in and I was left without a place to stay in a country that I don’t live in. I was very disappointed with the host’s communication during this process. Thankfully, VRBO was great with getting a hotel for us."

"Stay was double booked. When we arrived, there were already people there and those people had already made a mess of the place. Owner offered to kick those people out, but we didn’t feel like staying in a dirty place so we left. Owner said that she would give me a full refund, but VRBO fought me me on it and I have received less than half of my money back for a place I didn’t even get to stay in. I messaged the owner and vrbo repeatedly most recently a week ago and no response. Be very cautious...

"Armonela's place was the perfect holiday home for our family. Everything we needed was communicated so that we could have a smooth check in and check out process. The house is absolutely gorgeous, kids loved the outside patio area.The living and dining space was so comfortable and very spacious.Kitchen was fully stocked, we were able to cook meals at home with ease.There was plenty of blankets for anyone feeling an extra chill at night.
