"A great place to stay. Super clean. It was tight with our dogs, but we were barely there, so it wasn’t a real issue. Loved being able to walk down to the water."

"Everything was great. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The only issue we had is the beds were way too soft. You may want to consider replacing or adding firmer mattresses."

"We needed a stop over point on our way to Northern Michigan from Grand Rapids and chose Houghton Lake as the location. We were fortunate enough to find this little gem right off the water! Very clean and comfortable as advertised! Would do it again!"

been there in the past during the summer months and loved it but for Christmas not so much looked dirty, downtown wasn't decorated for the holidays and everything was closed.
