There is a small kids pool with shooting water streams that my child loves, and 2 other large pools which had both kids playing and adults. "When we arrived they gave us the wrong room. They gave us another that was also wrong. Then we were told this site doesn’t guarantee us the room we book. After threatening to go elsewhere they gave us the right room. The property is great. The food is very limited. "

"Pros: Staff is very friendly and very attentive. The food was very good as well. The property is big and the pools are nice. They have two swim up bars, activities for families, buffet, specialty restaurant, tour desk, coffee shop, lounge area, and easy access to the beach. The location was within walking distance to several other hotels, restaurants, and shops. Cons: the room we stayed in was large and had a pool view.
