"Beautifully decorated with everything one may need for a vacation. Less than 5 minute drive to RMNP and less than a minute drive to downtown Grand Lake. Grand Lake is a minute drive. Communication with owner was amazing! Parking spot is literally outside your door. Would stay in this property again!!!"

"This was the perfect spot for part of our group to stay (while the rest of the group stayed in other rooms in the same building). The river right outside the door is phenomenal (but loud), at least in June. Nice to have a washer & dryer. Great spot!"

"The home itself is cozy, clean and well situated within the town. Walking distance to the lake, shops and food. We walked nearly everywhere. We visited mid May before tourist season started. It felt like we had the town to ourselves. The back patio leads right to the water and it’s just a beautiful background noise to keep calm. "Property was very clean and just the right size traveling with two toddlers and Grandparents. Short distance to Granby Ranch with a 4 year old was greatly appreciated. We took the Master and used the connecting bunks for our littles. Grandparents took the king room and watched our 18 month old while we hit the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked and smart TVs were great for adult and kid viewing. Overall very cozy and conveniently located. I encourage 4wd or AWD if lots of snow is expected during...

We had to call the local rep for help. Later we realized our arrival instructions did not include a unit number, just the main address. So, before you go, make sure you have a unit number!"
