Living Room has comfortable leather Sofa & Loveseat. The view is so serene and peaceful. The Dining Room has cabinets with Games (playing cards, Yahtzee, Puzzles, and Trivia Pursuit, etc). Books & Wine glasses - Enjoy!

Laundry room has a newer energy efficient Maytag washer-dryer. 2 car garage for parking.

Enjoy meals on the patio deck ( w/ Gas BBQ) and enjoy the private, serene woodsy setting. .

Get cozy with the dual fireplace (during winter months) between living room & sitting room. Sitting room is perfect to sit and read and enjoy the setting, or grab a snack and sit at the kitchen bar.

This property is really close to Lake Balboa beach and marina. Picnic tables, BBQ, beach. Various boat rentals. In NEWER area of HSV - 3 miles inside the East gate.

NO SMOKING (Inside/or Outside) and NO PETS. East Gate Security gates close at 10pm opens at 6:30am. You must be inside the Village by that time each night, or travel around to the West gate entrance (open 24/7). Also, some GPS will attempt to send you to the Balboa Gate, which is a private gate for Homeowners only. The address that you should use is: 24705 Highway 5, Lonsdale. (This is for the Bank of the Ozarks at the entrance of the HSV East Gate).

Amenities - 2 coffee makers (12-cup drip - coffee furnished) and Keurig (bring your own K-Cups), iron & ironing board, 2-hair blow dryers. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. We supply a nice starter kit, which includes toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, Kleenex, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, sheets, blankets, some spices, tea,. Ice maker in Refrig.


Come play golf (5 courses nearby), rent your favorite water toy (Pontoon, Kayak, Paddleboards, fishing boat), or hike any of the 22 miles of trails. Inside the property is a Visitor Book with an area map, things to do, places to go, restaurants recommendations, menu's, community events, and information to use the Village Coronado fitness center, pool, tennis courts, basketball, miniature golf, pickle ball, beach areas, etc.

We do rent this place out monthly (we love snowbirds) and pricing depends on the time of year. Simply inquire.
