Spanning over 26,000 acres of the Ouachita Mountains, Hot Springs Village is surrounded by natural beauty that you truly have to see to believe. Even though Hot Springs Village is the largest private, gated community in North America, it’s still a tight knit community that’s diverse in background but united in living life to the fullest. Hot Springs Village is home to 9 unique golf courses: seven 18-hole golf courses, one 27-hole golf complex and one private club which was ranked the No. 1 golf course in Arkansas by Golf Digest for four years straight. An ideal location to spend some valuable time in this great neighborhood. At a short walk & drive away, you will encounter shops, some fantastic restaurants, and a variety of other touristic attractions.

The final approach to the home is on an unpaved road. There is a circular driveaway and large area behind the home for parking.
