Perfect Lake House

Perfect location for our group of 60+. The home is furnished beautifully. We enjoyed the fire pit and the indoor fireplace. The beds were super comfortable!! We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Lake Hamilton. This home had all the amenities anyone could ask for. The bunk room was perfect for our grandchildren, and the living area was roomy and comfortable.

Beautiful lake house

The lake house was so nice! My family and I had a wonderful time and loved the lake views. We enjoyed fishing off the dock. It was very convenient and we will definitely come back!

Perfect Family Vacation

Beautiful home and an amazing location made this the perfect spot for spending time with our Family. We took full advantage of "living" on the lake whether swimming, boating, fishing or just hanging out. This home was the perfect retreat for us all and we look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful Space for Families mies

A beautiful property and great communication with the property owner throughout. Lake is warm and lots of fish. Movies available for kids and great walks in the neighborhood.

Awesome place!

Very clean and plenty of room for all of us! Hint...if you stay here and are looking for an outlet to plug your blow dryer in, open the drawers. That's where you'll find the electrical outlets at in the bathrooms:)

Plenty of room

We were four couple and stayed three nights for the horse races. The house had plenty of room and privacy for all of us. It had all we need to cookout one evening and the deck was great to hang out on. The house location was very good for privacy and not very far from all the attractions.

Fun at the Lake house

Very clean and inviting. Our favorite parts were the big kitchen where we could cook and spend time together and also the decks and dock. The outdoor space was a great place to sit and visit. We had plans to go into town more but decided to just stay at cabin because it was so nice.

Lake Hamilton House

Tastefully remodeled lake house was perfect for our extended family with four bedrooms and four baths. Our 22' wakeboard boat fit well into the boat dock. House was clean, cozy and well appointed. Owner was responsive and kind.

Great vacation on the lake

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It was my husband and I and our children ages ranging from 22 to 11 years old. The inside was beautiful and looked just like it was pictured online. We had everything we needed and easy communication with the owner. It’s in a great location not far from town, grocery store and restaurants. We had an awesome time.

Nice interior. Enjoyed high quality audio options throughout the property. Kuerig coffee pods in kitchen is awesome. Bread toaster would be nice to have. Outdoors could use some better care/upkeep (patio, grill, fireplace, etc.). Need to stock up the bathroom essentials. Unable to find instructions to tune into local TV channels.

Great river cabin

Great house and location. Only complaint was the cleanliness. Just needs a good bit of TLC. I let the owner know and he offered to send cleaning crew back out. We declined due to toddler schedule and COVID but the offer was much appreciated. Dock and outdoor areas are fabulous. Buggy but fabulous. We brought fans which helped! Will stay here again!

June visit to Hot Springs

We have stayed in multiple rentals before but this place is top notch! From the moment you walk in you can begin to enjoy the lake view as well as appreciate the lovely professional décor throughout the house. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were good quality. The kitchen was fully outfitted with very good quality brands and entire matching sets of dishes, glasses, mugs and utensils! I don't know how many times I said to my family throughout the weekend how impressed I was by the detail the owners went to for the comfort of their guests in this home. A huge thanks to them for sharing!!

Rustic Paradise

We spent 4 awesome days at this home!! It was clean, comfy & so spacious! The deck is phenomenal we had a large group from ages 5-49 & everyone enjoyed it. We played in the water during the day, rented a boat at Hot Springs Marina, the boat dock was great! We really enjoyed the scenery. Made s'mores at the fire pit by the water at night... felt secluded..yet minutes from town... John the owner went above & beyond. We loved the huge ice maker in the big kitchen. Lots of living room seating as well as the dining room seating. Woke up deer, & bunnies on the property. & the showers & rubs definitely spa like! We stay in Hot Springs every summer & this place was one our faves we have rented for sure! Thank you John for having us at your beautiful property!

Get away weekend

The property was very nice and the area was relaxing. There were 4 couples who are all close friends and we ALL stated that we wish we would have booked this place for one more night. The only issues we had were that the stove had only two burners that would come on out of the four and it was inconvenient when you're cooking for everyone. The main issue was that the property was not ready when we got there. We had to wait over an hour to wait on the cleaning person to get things cleaned and they were still washing. The house was very dirty as we saw her cleaning from the prio family. It's not her fault because of the people who left before we arrived. I actually felt sorry for her because she was very nice and was doing the best she could. We made sure we left the place back clean. The deck was awesome.

Great Location and Layout!

This house was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 6 adults (3 couples) and three children (ages 5-6). The location was great with a great public boat ramp kinda close by (Fish Hatchery ramp). Dock was in good shape, and being out of the traffic of the main channel was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Lake House

House was very clean and felt newly renovated. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. There were two families of four with 3 girls 7, 7 and 5 with one boy 10. XBOX in the kids room was clutch for the boy. Overall great location and easy to get to boat rentals, Botanical Garden and downtown. Highly recommended.
