Welcome to Sweet Retreat your peaceful escape in Hot Springs! Unwind in this spacious, serene getaway just 10 minutes from Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort and 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Spend your days exploring local attractions, then come home to fire up the grill, relax, and enjoy a quiet evening on the deck in a serene and wooded setting. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home nestled in a beautiful neighborhood is designed with comfort in mind for a family vacation or a friend’s getaway.

The space
**Fall time, you will be in a wooded area with lots of trees, Very cozy!
The living room is a good size and has a 65” T.V. You are welcome to sign in to your streaming services.
There is a full kitchen with pots and pans and cooking utensils and spices.
There are three comfy queen beds. The Master bedroom has a TV and its own bathroom.
Enjoy barbecuing on the deck.
**Note: there are stairs going into the house. If you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you.

Guest access
You have access to the entire upstairs.
There is a lower unit that I occasionally use that is completely separate.
