It's a really good value for the money and it has great parking for when we bring our motorcycle up there. The staff is very friendly but you can tell that they are understaffed. The room could use a little bit of upgrade, but it was clean and very very quiet. Beds are comfortable. We always stay there when we go to the Black Hills and will continue to do so. The woman that helped us at the front desk was so so friendly and very accommodating and helpful. We really appreciated her a lot and she's pregnant!

Clean.Friendly staff. Quality hotel at one time. Large comfortable room. Average hotel breakfast. No hot tub. Property not well maintained, with simple repairs ( paint, ceiling water damage) being neglected. Minimal staff. Room was not cleaned but had clean sheets? Not sure where all of the high ratings came from. Another patron mentioned clothes left from a previous patron left in their room too.
