Welcome to "Spring" Bungalow, the ultimate getaway for those seeking a break from the monotony of everyday life. Located at 208 Cedar Street, our cozy and comfortable living space boasts a laid-back, cheerful atmosphere that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Plus, with just a short walk to Hot Springs' historic downtown district, you'll have easy access to all the local attractions. And for outdoor enthusiasts, the Northwoods Trails are a mere 0.7 miles up the road, making it the ideal location for hiking and mountain biking.

The "Spring" Bungalow is part of a newly-renovated 1950's duplex, situated next to a large, charming main house and two other bungalow rentals. It's just steps away from off-street parking, offering both privacy and convenience. Guests also have access to shared amenities, including a mountain bike barn and laundry room.

Inside, the bungalow is thoughtfully designed with a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The living room features a comfortable sofa, ottoman, and a large flat-screen TV with Roku and Sling TV. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee maker, while the bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed.

We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why we allow them with advanced notice and a $50 pet fee. However, only two pets are allowed at a time. Additionally, our property offers high-speed Wi-Fi, exterior security cameras, and on-demand hot water.

As our guest, you'll also have the option to add a special "Surprise & Delight" romance package to your stay, as well as a personal shopper upon request.

Pets are allowed with advanced notice and requires a $50 pet fee for extra cleaning. No more than two pets are allowed at any one time. Please do not wash your pet in the sink or tub and do not use bath towels to wipe your pet, we will provide towels that can be used. Be sure to leash your pet when outside as we have a leash law and pick up any waste from the yard. We have provided waste bags for your use, if we have to pick it up it will be an additional $25 fee.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect stay for a weekend getaway. The bungalow was very cozy with everything we could need! Within walking distance of all of the downtown fun it is the perfect spot for a weekend in Hot Springs!!!

Christmas Break Getaway

Outstanding property for a teacher with her little doggie.. Charley and I had a pleasant and restful visit. Bathhouse Row is within walking distance. Great coffee, shopping, and spa activities. Very comfy and relaxing...I plan to return... Grade A

Hot Springs fun 😁

We enjoyed Hot Springs a lot.Loved the kindness of the people. The Duck tour was very interesting 🤔 The house was very cozy & we enjoyed the stay.Hot Springs is a very beautiful.The hills & mountains add to its country charms.Will be returning to see more.

The location was absolutely perfect! We walked almost everywhere. Host was very responsive. The bungalow was the perfect size for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed our long weekend in Hot Springs, and we will definitely be back!

Convenient Hot Springs Bungalow

We loved our stay in Hot Springs and this Bungalow. We were supposed to stay in Spring, but we ended up in the Mountain unit. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The managers were so quick to respond if we needed anything and gave us great suggestions for things to do downtown. The Rooftop bar at The Waters Hotel was a favorite. Parking downtown isn’t always easy so it was an added bonus that we could actually walk downtown from the Bungalow. Availability of a washer and dryer was another bonus. I highly recommend a stay at the Spring or Mountain Bungalows!!

Perfect!!!!

I am part of a women's camping group that meets all over the country. But I always make sure to take a DIFFERENT way home to add to my adventure! Hot Springs was were I chose and I always treat myself to a VRBO instead of my tent! ;-) This property is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler like myself. It's all the room you need and SO COZY!!! Not only did I sleep like a rock in the bed but was fast asleep on the comfy couch with the super soft blankets provided. :-) The kitchen has all essential tools to whip up a meal. The bathroom is stocked with stuff you (at least I) tend to forget. And I love the front porch! It's within walking distance to bathhouse row (which I think EVERYONE needs to do) and all the restaurants and fun shopping. It was an all around great place to stay! Thank you!!!!

Great small getaway spot!

House was clean and had great amenities. Super close to the shops and national park bath houses (I could walk there, but the weather was cold). Not the host’s fault, but the walls/windows are thin and you can hear the people next door and the cars outside. But it’s not a super busy road so the traffic wasn’t bad!

Nice Getaway

We had a great time at the property. It is in the perfect location and only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the downtown strip. The owners were super responsive. The bed was very comfy and the sheets were soft! My only callout would be if you like to cook keep it easy and minimal. The kitchen is pretty small and there aren't many amenities/dishes from a kitchen standpoint, but who cares....just eat your way through this fun town! We would definitely stay again!

Girls Hiking Weekend

My friend from TX came for a weekend visit that also was her first time in AR. My local hiking friends and I took her on two trails at Lake Catherine St Park before heading to lunch at the Ohio Club and on to an afternoon hike in Northwoods. Our stay at this property was very pleasant. Everything was as advertised in the ad. Thank you to the property managers.

Great Little House and Location

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to hiking, mountain biking, and the hot springs area. We spent most of our time walking to where we were going and barely used our car. The house was great and had everything we needed for a three night stay.

Convenient to Downtown

The place was very nice. Well equipped for the kitchen with several snacks too. Parking the first night was a little awkward due to the other guests haphazard parking. The internet only worked the first of our three nights and I was told it is sketchy for all of Hot Springs. But my cell service was ok. We didn’t spend much time in the room as there were more interesting places to see in the area. Good place to sleep. The bed was very soft if that’s your thing.

Absolutely wonderful!

This was the CLEANEST property I have ever stepped foot in. Seriously, not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere! The little details of thoughtfulness was an added bonus, from snacks and water to a handwritten note from the housekeeper. The walls were a bit “thinner” than I would have like, we could hear the neighbors talking during our stay but they checked out the day after we checked in, so it wasn’t a problem. The hot water tank doesn’t last long, my husband did take a cold shower once and I had a moderately cool shower another time. The bed does squeak when you move but the mattress and sheets were so comfy! I slept great. This listing is a quick walk to downtown and we walked to Colonial Pancakes for breakfast our first morning (which I’d HIGHLY recommend). The sweet little bungalow was in a quiet area of town too which we loved. Over all, I’m giving this listing 5 stars, even with the mild inconveniences, we had an absolute wonderful stay, if we ever visit Hot Springs again we would without a doubt book this listing again.

Comfortable, convenient, and clean

This property was exactly as described and more. Everything was very clean and decorated in a relaxing way. The bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect--just a short 2 minute walk from downtown. Directions and labels (A/C, shower soaps) were clear so there was no guessing. We appreciated that couple of snacks that were left for us. We would definitely stay here again.
