You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

This unique property allows you to spend time with your group and then retreat to your own home. Large yard shared by all 4 homes with two pergolas for outdoor dining and relaxing by the fire pit. Plenty of space for outdoor games. Each home is newly remodeled and fully equipped.

The location is fantastic. Across the street from the lake and from Sam's Pizza Pub. Walk across the street for a dinner on their balcony and enjoy the beautiful sunsets! We are also only minutes to downtown, making this the perfect destination for a larger group.

Here is an idea of what you can expect in each home:
- 510A has two bedrooms (1 queen and 2 twins) and a sleeper sofa in the living room
- 510B is a studio with a queen bed
- 500A is a one bedroom cottage (queen bed) and a sleeper sofa in the living room
- 500B is a studio home with a queen bed

We have 4 families in our immediate family. The 4 houses worked out perfect. We all ate and played games in the big house. This property is close to alot of activities. The houses were well stocked with needed items. We'd stay here again if we're coming to Hot Springs.

The property worked perfectly for our group of family and friends. Comfortable spaces inside and out, close to everything, including a fun pizza, cocktails, and more just across the street.

This was the perfect spot for our group of 11 adults. Everyone had their own space with the main hangout at the larger cottage. We loved it!!! Good times were had with our family crew!!!
