Lakefront Cottage on Lake Hamilton with private dock- The Perch

Unwind at The Perch! This beautifully decorated and renovated 4 bedroom cottage sits directly on the south side of Lake Hamilton and is a short drive into town. Enjoy coffee and meals on the back deck with plenty of outdoor seating. With three bedrooms upstairs and a basement bunk room, this home is perfect for 2-3 families to spend a week at the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked and a kayak and private dock are available for guest use. The owner’s boat is inside the slip but guests are welcome to tie up their toys all along the outside of the dock. 🐦Chef's Kitchen including Viking range and gas cooktop.
🐦KitchenAid Mixer, InstaPot, Crock Pot, Waffle Maker, Blender, Keurig Coffee Maker available for use.
🐦Fenced in yard is perfect for furry friends!
🐦Lake depth off the dock is between 5-6 feet, perfect for swimming and fishing!
🐦Lakeside fire pit available (bring your own wood).
🐦Master Bedroom: King Bed & En Suite Full Bathroom (shower only)
🐦Bedrooms 2&3: Queen Beds
🐦Newly renovated large full bathroom in the hallway upstairs with shower/tub combo (May 2024).
🐦Powder Bath off the family room upstairs.
🐦Basement newly renovated in May 2024.
🐦Basement Bunk Room: 2 Twin Bunks & 2 Queen Beds; has a separate entrance off the driveway and is also accessible via a steep and narrow spiral staircase from the main level.
🐦The basement bunk room has a dehumidifier/sump pump in a closet that runs occasionally.
🐦Bunk Room guests must use upstairs bathrooms, there is no bathroom in the basement.

This house is just precious and so well thought out. We loved the accommodations - the beds were comfy, the decor was so pretty, it was in the perfect location on the lake. We all really enjoyed it. I was able to message with the owner and get a quick response to any questions we had during booking and during our stay. I have saved this property for future bookings. It’s a perfect home for 2 families to share for a fun time on beautiful Lake Hamilton.

We absolutely loved it! The house was beautiful. The decor was gorgeous and everything was very clean. We loved swimming in the lake and fishing. We actually caught a few fish. We definitely plan to come back again.
