*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***We also have a neighboring rental property, Rockstar, which has an HVAC system and pool equipment that may occasionally generate noise audible outside. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of the lake will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. Keep in mind that this property sits in a cove where the water levels are not as high as other areas of the lake. When the lake is lowered it will be completely dry with no visible water at all.***

***The two-slip boat dock belongs to the house next door, Rockstar.

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***

***Be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***

***If applicable: The outdoor kitchen sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time***

Please respect our property boundaries during your stay. Access to the neighboring property is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized entry onto neighboring properties may lead to immediate termination of your stay and possible legal consequences. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and respectful environment!
