"Family of 4 kids and 2 adults and we all had a great time. Fire wood was perfect! Hot tub enjoyed by the whole family. Everyone caught fish “all on worms” so make sure to bring enough, the fish keep the kids busy. And kids keep me busy unhooking what they caught! Kids enjoyed kayaking and paddle boat. We all had a great weekend much needed!"

"We enjoyed our stay and the property was as advertised; however, it was missing some basic items. The lighting was poor and two of the lights were missing bulbs which not only added to the darkness but was unsafe. There were no microwave save cooking vessels nor were there any kitchen towels. There were only 4 dinner sized plates and we had reservations for 5 people. We arrived at the designated check in time and the tile floors were wet and I nearly slipped and fell. Also a safety issue."

"I rented this property after seeing it here and another rental site. An overnight getaway for my family members birthday. We arrived at the home and I realized I never received check in information. I called the renter who answered, apologizing, that they had removed the listing because the AC was out. I asked them what I should do and they recommended a few hotels and said they would act on a refund for me. After contacting the site a few days later I was told that in the fine print, It says...

"It was nice to be surrounded by water. The geese were entertaining just by themselves. The cabin was a quick access to Garvan gardens and super easy to get to town. The place was clean and pretty much well maintained. Will stay again."

"I can't say enough about this property. It was everything we wanted it to be. Nice, clean, updated amenities, plenty of dishes, utensils pots and pans etc. It was exactly as the listing stated. (Which unfortunately, is kind of rare). Easy drive to places in Springfield, great view of the water, nice decks, just a really nice place to stay."

"Loved this rental. Cozy for two. Aside from the highlights seen in the listing, we would add that the boat dock was excellent, well kept, and of very solid construction. We did yoga out there both mornings and sat out and listened to the lake in the late evening. The tiered yard is also a highlight. Excellent experience all around. We will rent here again."

"Great trip… wonderful condo. Quiet. Comfortable clean great views of ducks geese and boats. Only negative for me was that the sheets were too hot and that voicemail to contact number was not returned. Neither of these will stop me from coming back though. The sheets are a personal preference and perhaps the message number can be discussed."
