Les pires vacances que nous avons passés et pourtant nous ne sommes pas exigeants..... repas horribles, ascenseur en panne, tout inclus a revoir car les en-cas comprenaient soit un sandwich triangle ou un feuilleté aux pommes comme on trouve dans le commerce. Hotel ultra bruyant. Impossible de passer une nuit correctes.... bref, hotel a fuir"

I was disappointed initially with the check in because the price quoted on Expedia was not the price I was given at check in. The tourist tax was higher than what was quoted on Expedia. I also had to pay a €200 refundable deposit in cash at check in which I wasn’t told about and this made things difficult for me because majority of my group didn’t have cash so a lot of my spending money went on this deposit.

"Jamais eu autant de bruit dans un hotel. Je suis venue avec mes 2 enfants et nous n'avons pas pu dormir le 1er soir a cause du bruit du bar jusqu'à 00h00 plus tous les jeunes qui font la fête jusqu'à 4h du matin a hurler ! Les ambulances qui passent 10 fois dans la nuit et au matin. On entend les voisins colme si on vivait ensemble si vius cherchée lz repos changer vite d'hôtel. C'est ibiza ! Le reste oui cest du 4 etoiles car il ya les services piscine spa (bien quilpossible qu'aller au jacuzzi...
"We had a wonderful stay at Htop Amaika. Rooms are spacious and cleaned every day, food was great with lots of choices.
The small and crowded pool could use some maintenance (sunbeds, tiles and showers around the pool were outdated). With this many guests having such a small pool is a disadvantage, but the location and proximity to the beach is a big plus!"
