"I general, the day shift staff are more knowledgeable than the afternoon staff. They are more joyous to deal with and helpful. When we arrived, I asked if there is baggage transfer to our next stop the immediate reply was negative. My wife feet was swollen so I have to find a way to have our bags transferred. This morning I asked the reception about the transfer and he said YES they do it. But efforts has been wasted if the reception knows the answer in the first place. We all know how a Camino hiker looks like so there should be no mistake "

"Impressed. A very nice 4 star hotel within walking distance of everything. Safe underground parking with direct lift access to the hotel (12 euro per car and 6 euro per motorbike for a night) nice modern hotel with a good breakfast, large rooms and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we arrive by motorbike in horrific rain they got us into the car park before processing any checkin. I would stay here again. "
