"It’s obvious the host is trying to avoid multiple listing fees. This property is not two units as advertised and rather one apartment. There is no separate room for the sofa double bed. It’s in the middle of the kitchen. We were initially planning on having every adult have a separate bed but ended up having to make every one share mattresses, which was not what we wanted. "Loved the neighborhood as there were plenty of cafes and bars, bakeries and safe streets to walk on. This area seems to have lots of young families with children. Very close to plaza Virreina, a nice church and open space. We walked a lot and enjoyed more touristy areas of the city also, better take a bus or cab to get there. One disappointment with the apartment was the "basement smell" slight but noticeable. I think it was a value apartment, practical and adequate."
