I discovered the source of the smell in a kitchen bin which had not been emptied. It contained a rotting dog bone and meat offcuts covered in maggots. "Very well equipped and comfortable unit with secure yard. Lots of little added touches and pantry/fridge items, recliner chairs, outside area and coffee machine alongside comfy retro decor. Short walk to supermarkets, cafes, brewery, parks, and bushwalking’s paths. "

"The property was so centrally located, 5mins to shops, 5 mins to War Memorial and 15 mins to National MuseumIt was extremely comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay here, would re-visit if coming to Canberra again."

"Nice house to return to after a hard days work"

"Great little house in suburbs, comfy beds, huge lounge chair. 3 stairs to front door with no rail and shower has no edging so water runs everywhere we had to leave 5 towels on floor to contain "

"Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication."
