"We were late due to traffic and office was closed after 18.00 Appartment was open, but we had no key, so we needed to leave it open when we went away. Also there was just one packet bedsheets for 2 persons. Took alot time to arrange a second. Next day I was called that they closed our appartment and we could pay for 'borg' at the concierge to get key. Why couldn't we do that the first night already? Vooral Trier is zeer de moeite waard met zijn prachtige musea."

"Very clean and nice apartment, but the host monitors the water and heating. We had no heat because he cut it off after the first day. Also, we only had hot water every other day because he cut it off as well. The temperature was in the 30’s at night, and my children and I were freezing. We were so ready to leave. You pay to stay, but you are forced to freeze. Unbelievable!"

"Het was zeer aangenaam vertoeven in de accomodatie. Mikael en zijn vrouw zijn super vriendelijke mensen en geven je een zeer aangenaam gevoel. Het voelde altijd een beetje als thuiskomen in het super gezellige appartementje van hun. Kan oprecht niets slecht zeggen over hun, kan het alleen maar aanraden om van hier uit de Eifelstreek wat te verkennen of zoals wij hebben gedaan, de Mullerthal trail wandelen. Hebben de volledige 112 km gestapt en de accomodatie van Mikael gebruikt als uitvalsbasis....

"Wir haben eine ereignisreiche Woche in der Südeifel verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und haben viele Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der herrliche Garten mit vielen Spielgeräten und der freundliche Hund der Vermieter waren ein Highlight für die Kinder. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!"

"Overall, an excellent experience. The La Sapiniere had a real apartment feel to it and I could easily see my family and I staying here again. The apartment is well stocked with just about everything that a guest might need to include dishes, toiletries, bedding/linens, cleaning products, and vacuum.
