"Unfortunately there had been a storm and the hotel was without a restaurant or bar, and in recovery mode. However, the receptionist was very helpful. The hotel itself is a stunner."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Paula at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."

"Andre and Susanna have created a stay that is unique and special. The house is a gorgeous restoration—easily one of the most beautiful spaces we've stayed in. The hospitality was warm, generous, and sincere. We were treated to a taste of Moncorvo’s traditional regional culture. Perfect location for exploring the Coa Valley rock art and the Douro wine region. 10/10!"Andre and Susanna have created a stay that is unique and special. We made our dinner selections earlier in the day and were treated to an exquisite...

"Amazing location! Beautiful property. Super helpful staff. Local food and wine available."

"Beautiful property immersed in nature. The views, architecture, pool and plants were stunning. Food at the restaurant was excellent. A really unique stay."
