"Lovely hotel. Room was clean and staff were friendly. But the door by the lift, located just outside our room, was extremely squeaky. Not sure who was walking around at 3 a.m., but the noise kept me up all night. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep well because of it. Hopefully it'll be fixed!!"
